Kelly Day is an attorney located in Red Bank, New Jersey. Ms. Day is a New Jersey native, raised in Monmouth County. She attended Boston College, graduated cum laude in 1999 with a degree in Political Science and Communications. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Day worked in the field of broadcast journalism at both NBC News in New York and CBS News in Boston, MA.
In 2005, Ms. Day graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. While at Seton Hall, she served on the Moot Court Board and the Women's Law Forum. She was the recipient of the Best Brief Award in the Gressman Moot Court Competition and named best oralist in Appellate Advocacy class. Following graduation, Ms. Day clerked for the Honorable Francis P. DeStefano, Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. Ms. Day also served as a law clerk in the Appellate Section of the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
In private practice, Ms. Day focuses on municipal matters and family law, as well as wills, estate planning and probate. Further, she handles matters in Small Claims Court, as well as Landlord/Tenant Court. Ms. Day is an attorney who strongly advocates on behalf of her client. She understands that the legal process can be a stressful experience and attempts to alleviate that burden.
